Terms Of Hire
Bus Charters

All rates and charges shown are inclusive of all the relevant costs incurred in the process of delivering the service.

A midnight surcharge is applicable on top of the standard charged rate for bookings that commences or falls within the following timings per each category of vehicles:
- Minibuses and Coaches: 2200hrs to 0700hrs @ S$20.00

Arrival Services are inclusive of a complimentary 45 minutes waiting time upon flight landing for buses of all classes. Any exceeded duration would result in an additional waiting time surcharge. The rate varies depending on the limousine selected and is levied at a 15 minute block or part thereof.

Arrival Services comes with a complimentary flight tracking service, should your flight arrive early or late, our operations controller would be in touch with our chauffeurs with your flight status and make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Arrival Meet and Greet Services are available upon request, should you require this service kindly leave a remark while making your booking with us, our chauffeur would meet you at the airport arrival hall after the baggage claim area with a sign bearing your name.

All other service types comes with a complimentary 15 minute waiting time, which commences from the stated booking time, any additional waiting time would incur an additional waiting time surcharge, in which the rate is dependent on the vehicle type.

Any consumption of food or drinks with the exception of mineral or plain drinking water is prohibited in all our buses.

Amendments to the booking would only be allowed at a maximum of 2 times, should there be more than 2 amendments, a processing fee of S$15.00 would be levied on each amendment. Do note that amendments should not be made 3 hours prior to the commencement of the booking.

Cancellations would result in forfeiture of 100% of the total rate charged.

Carriage of Durian, or any form of prohibited items deemed by law is not allowed onboard all our limousines, such items includes any form of weapons, illegal substances, contraband cigarettes, flammable liquids or any form of dangerous goods.

Cross-Border Bus Services are available on enquiry.

Do note that you are responsible for your own travel documents, kindly ensure that you have all relevant visas or documentations before embarking on your journey via our cross-border services, the minimum passport validity upon time of travel should be 6 months, any delays or disruptions that are not due to traffic conditions would incur additional charges. No refund would be made should the trip have to be cancelled due to incomplete documentation or lack of minimum passport validity.

In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, Prestige Premium Selection reserves the right to substitute the selected bus with another of an equivalent category at no additional charges, the disruption would be made known to the guests upon confirmation that the limousine is unserviceable, should the guest reject the alternative arrangement, a full refund would be made to the client within 3 working days.

Payment due to confirm the booking would be made known to the client through an official company invoice, the invoice would be issued once our staff have confirmed that the booking details with you. Full payment is required be made prior to the booking date, an official receipt would be issued upon confirmation of the receipt of payment.

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to reject the pick up or terminate the service in the following circumstances:
- Abusive Guests (Verbal or Physical)
- Excess passengers or cargo that result in overloading of the limousine's capacity
- Rowdy and Non-Cooperative guests
In the event of such situations, our chauffeurs will be in touch with our operations department for the subsequent follow up actions.

Passenger and Cargo loading capacities are to be strictly adhered to for the safety and comfort of you and your guests, our customer relations agents will advise you the maximum capacities of the limousine at the point of booking. Should there be excess cargo items in the form of luggage bags, boxes as well as sports equipment, or even additional passengers, our chauffeurs reserve the right to reject the pick up should the number of passengers and cargo be unable to fit the limousine in a safe manner in compliance with regulations by the Traffic Police Department as well as the Land Transport Authority. Do note that no refund would be made in such events, however you may request from our chauffeur an additional vehicle to carry the excess load on the spot with additional charges to be advised.

Seat belts are made available onboard our fleet of vehicles, do note that the use of seatbelts are mandatory and we strongly encouraged the use of them to ensure your safety onboard all our limousines at all times.

Smoking is strictly not allowed onboard all our limousines.
